It seems that the mill can't grind that fine in one pass. So, I set the roller gap to 0.050", ran the malt through once. I then set the gap to 0.030" and ran the malt through again, this time without a problem. The mill moves the malt through quickly so it's not a huge issue. 2. The mill has marks for the roller gaps on both sides.
